1. Agreement
The service is run by Tredique, based in South Africa (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell you in the app or by email before material changes take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
2. What Tredique is
- Tredique is software that connects to broker accounts you own, and places, manages or copies trades according to the settings you choose. It also shows trading signals and statistics.
- We are not a broker and we never hold your money. Deposits, withdrawals, balances, prices and the execution of trades are handled by your broker under its own terms.
- We are not an authorised financial services provider under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002, and we do not give financial advice (see section 6).
3. Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You may only use the service where trading the products involved is legal for you. You are responsible for checking this, and for any taxes on your trading.
- You must meet your broker’s requirements and follow its terms.
4. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password, API tokens and broker logins secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at once at support@tredique.com if you think someone else has access.
- One person, one account. Do not share, sell or transfer your account.
- If you sign in with Google, Google’s terms also apply to that sign-in, and we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
5. Broker connections and trades
- When you link a broker account (with a Deriv API token, an IQ Option login, or an MT5 connection), you authorise us to use it to read your account information and to open and close trades for you as your bots, your manual trades and your copy-trading settings direct. We store these credentials encrypted.
- You choose the settings: account, stake, assets, expiry, schedule, martingale, loss limits and daily target. Check them before you start a bot. Trades placed under your settings are your trades.
- You can stop a bot at any time in the dashboard, and revoke our access at any time by removing the account in Tredique or revoking the token or changing the password at your broker. Trades already open settle at the broker.
- Brokers can change, limit or stop their APIs, payouts, products or accounts at any time. We are not responsible for what your broker does, including refused or repriced trades, outages, account restrictions or the broker’s solvency.
- Bots can stop because of connection problems, broker changes or errors. We try to alert you (connect Telegram in Settings), but you are responsible for monitoring your bots and your broker account.
6. Risk and no advice
Trading the products the service is used for is high risk, and you can lose all the money in your trading account. Please read the Risk Disclosure.
- We do not guarantee any profit, win rate or result. Past results, demo results and backtests do not predict future results.
- Everything we provide (bots, strategies, signals, statistics, guides and messages) is general information and a tool, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and not a recommendation that anything suits your circumstances. You make your own trading decisions.
7. Signals and Telegram
Signals in the app and in our Telegram channel are shared for information. They may be late, wrong or stopped at any time, and different users can get different prices for the same signal. Telegram is a third-party service with its own terms. You can connect Telegram for bot alerts and disconnect it at any time in Settings.
8. Fees and broker commissions
- The service is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price and what it includes before you pay, and you will only be charged if you choose a paid plan.
- Some links to brokers are affiliate links: we may earn a commission when you open or fund an account through them. This does not change your broker’s prices or our service to you.
- Your broker’s own spreads, payouts, fees and charges apply to your trades.
9. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break any law, or use the service for money laundering, fraud or market abuse;
- connect a broker account that is not yours, or that you are not authorised to trade;
- copy, resell, reverse engineer or scrape the service, its strategies or its signals, except as the law allows;
- attack, overload or test the security of the service, or get around limits, unless we have agreed to it in writing;
- share API keys or copy-trading tokens with people who should not have them;
- create accounts to get around a block.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as available and may be interrupted for maintenance, by faults, or by third parties (hosting, brokers, Telegram, Google). We may add, change or remove features, strategies, assets and brokers. Where a change materially affects you, we will try to tell you in advance.
11. Suspension and closing
- You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us (see our Privacy Policy).
- We may suspend or close your account, and stop your bots, if you break these terms, if we must for legal or security reasons, or to protect other users or the service. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why.
- Sections 6, 8, 12, 13 and 14 continue to apply after your account closes.
12. Intellectual property
The service, its software, strategies, designs and content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service under these terms. Deriv, IQ Option, MetaTrader 5, Telegram and Google are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not endorsed by them.
13. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and we exclude warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or profitable.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- trading losses, lost profits or missed opportunities;
- losses caused by your broker, your settings, market movements, internet or hosting failures, or other third parties;
- indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or R1,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or anything else that cannot be limited by law, or takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or other law that protects you.
You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service, to the extent the law allows.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If there is a problem, contact us first: most issues can be solved quickly. If we cannot resolve it, the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to go to a court or ombud where you live.
